‘Casa do Passadiço Interiores’ creates decoration project for Prata Riverside Village
VIC Properties opens the doors of the new Model Floor and the Prata Service Lounge, providing residents with a work and meeting space, through the offer of equipment and services.
Lisbon, 10th November 2020. Pritzker Renzo Piano Award reference project in Portugal, created with the future in mind and the dynamization of the new residential area of the city of Lisbon, Marvila, the Prata Riverside Village presents its new model floor, a creation by the ‘Casa do Passadiço Interiores’ that mirrors the contemporaneity and the sophisticated and elegant environment of this development.
In T4 apartement overlooking the Tagus River, the ‘Casa do Passadiço’ conceived a decoration project that would correspond to needs of families, as well as young childless couples, who wish to enjoy an urban, cosmopolitan and contemporary lifestyle.
Under a palette of neutral tones that transmit a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, with the use of noble materials and privileging textures such as bouclés linen, silks, woods and marbles, the interior decoration of this apartment also presents color notes through the various works of art of Portuguese artists shown in this project, pieces lent under the protocol signed between VIC Properties and Plataforma P’la Arte, in a commitment that aims to support and promote the various forms of art and culture.
Catarina Mendonça, Paulo Albuquerque, Mariana Santos, Sofia Castro, Ricardo Oliveira Alves and Beatriz Horta Correia are the artists whose works of different techniques incorporate and value the different areas of this apartment: engraving, painting, ceramics and photography reinforce the identity and unique personality of this project.
“This decoration project of the ‘Casa do Passadiço’ transmits the unique, elegant and contemporary character of the Silver Riverside Village, staging and transmitting the experience and elegant ambience that its apartments have to offer, in a perfect combination between location, architecture and urbanism”.
Luís Gamboa, COO of VIC Properties, adds “This is yet another opportunity to present the work of talented Portuguese artists, a sector that has been particularly affected by the pandemic”. Cláudia Soares Pereira from ‘Casa do Passadiço’ states that:
“The whole layout was designed to be lived in a practical and current way, enjoying all the wide spaces in total harmony, as well as the privileged view over the Tagus River that the torn windows allow”.
Additionally, and in order to offer more comfort and convenience to all the residents of this development, VIC Properties inaugurated the Prata Service Lounge, an exclusive area that translates into a work and/or meeting space through the offer of a set of equipment and services designed for the day-to-day dynamics and needs, at a personal and work level.
From a concierge service to a delivery point and also a meeting place or a meeting room, the Silver Service Lounge reinforces the unique character of the Prata Riverside Village, distinguishing itself as an urban village in the heart of Lisbon, with a real neighborhood atmosphere, quiet but full of life, inspiring “a new way of living”.
